Use these great features for free:

Tasks:
Generate one time tasks that you can assign to one or many group members. You can also create repeated tasks on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. For repeating tasks you can let Planmob switch the responsible person after a defined number of occurrences. Planmob will notify you if a new task is created or if the deadline for a task gets closer.

Events:
Set up events for your group and choose the members you want to invite. As with the tasks you can use the same options if you want your event to repeat. Planmob will notify you if an event gets closer. In addition you can even create event polls to help you find a day and time where everyone in your group has time.

Expenses:
To keep control of the spending in your group you can enter your expenses and Planmob calculates how much each member needs to pay or receives from the others. If everyone paid their dues you simply can account and start a new period.

Lists:
With Planmob you can create simple lists for any imaginable purpose. Whether you need to have a shopping lists or a check list for anything you need to get done, Planmob has you covered!

Polls:
To figure out the opinions in your group Planmob lets you enter single and multiple choice polls for everyone to participate. A simple diagram shows you the level of acceptance of a poll item.

Chat:
If there is something left to tell your group colleagues or you need to remind your friends of anything you can use the messenger functionality that Planmob offers you.
